You may return any products of your recent order, for whatever reason you feel dissatisfied. Returns should be done within 14 days from the date of your order’s delivery. Your returned items can be exchanged for another product or we can give you a money refund in the same way your order was purchased.
We kindly inform you that the cost of transport is not available for refund.
For returning items previously purchased, it is crucial that all returned products are as bought, in pristine condition, in their original packaging and with all their labels intact.
- PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Products that meet the return requirements may be exchanged with any other available product in terms of size and type.
- MONEY REFUND
In case you opt for a money refund, you should receive the transferable amount within 5 working days from the day we receive and check the condition of your returned items.
Your money refund will be done solely in the way of your initial payment. That is either via your credit card, through Paypal account or to the bank account from which your order’s payment was made. In the case of a bank account refund, we inform you that the time it takes for you to receive your refund varies according to your bank and the type of your credit card.
Items made to order, items that have been indicated as “Non returnable” in their description, as well as items which have been purchased with a discount from countries outside the European Union are all non returnable.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with the Return Requirements, that is, are not in pristine condition and/or in their original packaging, have had their labels removed as well as discounted items sent outside the E.U.
Any returns that do not meet the above mentioned requirements will be considered invalid for return and will be sent back to the initial order address.

If you wish to return any item of your order, please follow the return instructions you will find below. In order for your timely return, we kindly ask you to contact the collaborating courier companies mentioned as soon as possible in order to make sure that we will receive your return within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

- Within the next working day, you shall receive a confirmation e-mail regarding your request to return that will also include more specific instructions about how to organize the return of your order.
- After we receive, check and accept your returned items, you will receive an e-mail confirming the return of the items in question, informing you of the option of an exchange, credit amount or money refund.
If you have received a gift from A77 Boutique and you wish to return it, simply follow the instructions that appear on the Return Card included in your gift packaging.
We inform you that gifts can be exchanged only with items of the same or higher value. Please note that in the case of a gift return we cannot issue a credit voucher or a money refund.
